What will be the next chapter in my life? It’s amazing looking back years ago, one year ago, and even a few months ago you see how much changes in a blink of an eye. It’s pretty mindblowing because you don’t even realize the significance of the changes until they have passed.

For a person that doesn’t handle change very well. Let alone a lot of changes at once. I’m absolutely past the point of being ready for the next chapter in my life. For the last year, I have dedicated all of my efforts into fixing a situation that now seems like it was my very own version of the movie Mission Impossible. I’m sitting here thinking back over the last year, and the changes I’ve had to endure are unexplainable. I think would be the best way to describe them, but seeing how far I’ve come amazes me too.
There were a few days that felt endless.
I thought the emotions I was feeling at the time would never go away, and I didn’t see some things improving. I dug deep inside to find the strength I needed to truck through them the best way I could. I made it through some big changes and learned so much. It was probably a lot harder on me because I’m pretty damn stubborn and try to resist any change that’s going to happen.
Right now, I’m welcoming any change that’s destined to come my way. I feel kind of stuck at the place I’m at in my life. I’m ready to take the next big step to begin the next chapter in my story.
I’m open to changes in all aspects. May it be in my work life, relationships, adventures, travel, or just anything that would usually terrify me, and I’d try to run away from as fast as I could. Change is what makes life exciting, and when you feel stuck, I think it’s the best kind of medicine to feel alive again.
I’m embracing this New Moon as a symbol to welcome change as it may come to me over time, or all at once. It’s time to face it head on, and see what path it could lead me on next.
